Impact
As an Indigenous-led organisation, ATSIMA places Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners at the centre of everything it does, working in genuine partnership with communities to ensure their voices, knowledge, and aspirations guide its work. Through this collaborative approach, ATSIMA connects mathematics with culture, recognising the strength of Indigenous knowledge systems and embedding them within teaching and learning. By doing so, ATSIMA is helping to close the gap in educational outcomes while creating meaningful, lasting change for learners, families, and Communities.
